The State of Wisconsin is joining a nationwide lawsuit against pesticide manufacturers, claiming they have a monopoly.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice says Syngenta and Corteva are accused of rewarding distributors for selling more of their products than generic brands. Wisconsin is one of nine states in the lawsuit.
