Wisconsin’s Assembly Speaker is fighting a subpoena from the January 6th Committee.
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos yesterday challenged the subpoena in court. The Democratic-led committee sent Vos the subpoena last week. The Committee wants him to testify about his conversations with President Trump regarding Wisconsin’s 2020 election results. Vos said yesterday that all of his conversations with the former president came after January 6th, and he was clear that Wisconsin could not overturn the 2020 election results. The January 6th Committee is set to have another hearing tomorrow.
