Elections 101: New Videos Aim to Show WI Process

Wisconsin’s election managers are sharing Elections 101 lessons with local high schools that include a lesson on lowering the voting age.

The state’s Elections Commission unveiled four new videos, and four lesson plans for high school teachers yesterday. Three of the videos and lessons are basic, covering voter ID, working at the polls, and who gets to vote in Wisconsin. The fourth talks about lowering the voting age. The Commission’s lesson plan says teachers should build a ‘Socratic Seminar’ on the idea from their own research. CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE.
