Authorities are releasing the names of the two people killed in a plane crash in Pierce County on Tuesday.
John Zeman, age 28, and Ethan Smith, age 20, were both from Rochester, Minnesota. They died when the experimental aircraft they were in crashed into a field near the Red Wing Regional Airport in Bay City. The crash is still being investigated by the NTSB.
