Maybe the third time will be the charm for Senator Tammy Baldwin’s effort to let everyone in Wisconsin see Packers games.
Baldwin has tried twice before to pass her bill, which would require satellite, cable and other companies to provide Wisconsin subscribers with access to programing from broadcast TV stations in a Wisconsin media market. There are 13 counties in Wisconsin — mainly on the Minnesota-Wisconsin border or the Wisconsin-Michigan border — that are in TV markets that are out of state.
