As expected, Wisconsin’s U.S. Senators split their votes on the Democrat’s spending package.
Democratic Senator Tammy Baldwin voted for the 740 billion-dollar package, saying it will raise taxes on corporations and move this country closer toward the Democrats’ clean energy goals.
Republican Senator Ron Johnson says the spending package will only make inflation in this country worse, and says it will unleash the IRS on millions of Americans who are not millionaires or billionaires. The plan passed with only Democratic votes.
