It’s life in prison for a Tomah man in a child’s beating death.
A judge yesterday sentenced 37-year-old Marcus Anderson to life without parole for the 2019 death of his girlfriend’s three-year-old son. Anderson says the little boy fell in the shower, but investigators say Anderson punched the boy dozens of times. The judge said Anderson will always have the boy’s ‘blood on his hands,’ and called Anderson a danger to society.
