A Dane County judge has fined the special investigator looking into Wisconsin’s 2020 election, and has sent a blistering report to the panel that could take away his law license.
Judge Frank Remington yesterday scolded former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman for his behavior in court last week. Gableman accused Remington of being biased, and said he wouldn’t be ‘railroaded.’ Gableman also mocked the female attorney for the liberal group that is suing him over open records violations. The judge said Gableman’s appearance as distracting and insulting.
The judge ordered a two thousand-dollar a-day fine until Gableman complies with his order in the open records case, and forwarded Gableman’s testimony to the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation for possible discipline
