It’s drunk driving charges for the woman who police say drove across the footbridge at Phoenix Park. Prosecutors filed OWI charges yesterday against 28-year-old Amanda Larscheid.
They say she’s the one who was caught on video early Tuesday morning driving across the bridge. Eau Claire Police said on Facebook this week ‘Can’t believe we have to say this, but please do not drive on the Phoenix Park footbridge.’
