A judge says Wisconsin’s special investigator has ‘run amok’ in his look into the 2020 election.
Dane County Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn made the comments yesterday during a hearing on an open records request for former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman. Lawyers for Assembly Speaker Robin Vos say they can’t force Gableman to turn over his phone, and they don’t have the authority to search it themselves.
The judge is deciding if Gableman and Vos’ office have done enough to comply with the open records requests into the investigation of the 2020 presidential election.
