Police in Janesville say they have three suspects in custody in a retail store arson investigation.
Yesterday, the JPD said the three juveniles under arrest are accused of intentionally setting Friday’s fire in the bedding section of the Kohl’s store in the Uptown Janesville Mall on Milton Avenue. The store was evacuated, and one customer suffered an anxiety attack. The 17-year old female and two male suspects, 15 and 11 years of age, face charges of Arson and Recklessly Endangering Safety.
