The main suspect in a January shooting in La Crosse is back in Wisconsin.
Jail records show 35-year-old Karvel Freeman was booked into the county jail yesterday. He was arrested in Tennessee earlier this month. La Crosse Police say Freeman shot and killed a man during an argument at a local bar back in January. A second suspect in the case remains on the run.
