Wisconsin home values are increasing at the fastest rate in decades.
The Wisconsin Policy Forum says real estate sales revenue went up nearly 36-million dollars from the 2020 fiscal year to the 2021 fiscal year. That’s an increase of 37-percent. The Wisconsin Police Forum says the increase has been driven by healthy real estate sales numbers and high residential property values.
