Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is suing two companies accused of PFAS discharge.
The lawsuit accuses Johnson Controls Inc. and Tyco Fire Products LP of failing to tell the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources of a recent hazardous spill in Marinette County. Kaul wants the companies to pay penalties, clean up the spill, and conduct an investigation.
