The teen accused of shooting eight people at the Mayfair Mall back in 2020 could face adult charges in the case.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court yesterday questioned whether the first judge made the case to keep the then-15-year-old’s trial in juvenile court. Conservative Justice Rebecca Bradley questioned what the first judge had to say about public safety in the case. Wauwatosa Police say the teen opened fire in the mall in November of 2020 during a fight. He hit three of the people he was fighting with, plus a friend and four random shoppers.
The case is on-hold as the question about where it will be tried is decided.
