You could soon see dogs at more restaurants in Wisconsin.
Governor Tony Evers on Friday signed a new law that allows the state to write new rules for more pet-friendly businesses. The law specifically states that businesses cannot ban dogs from places that sell pre-packaged food only. The new law is one of 15 that the governor signed last week.
