It is certainly a sellers’ market in Wisconsin.
The state’s Realtors Association released its latest report yesterday that says home prices are up while the supply of homes for sale is down. The median price for a home in Wisconsin is now 231-thousand-dollars, up from 210-thousand-dollars last year.
But the actual price varies depending on where you are looking. The Realtors say statewide inventory is down nearly 15 percent compared to January of 2021. Interest rates are also increasing.
