The head of Wisconsin’s 2020 election investigation no longer wants to send Madison and Green Bay’s mayors to jail.
Former Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman’s lawyers last week said they still want the two to cooperate with his investigation into the 2020 election, specifically how Green Bay and Madison worked with the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life, but he no longer wants them locked up. The judge in the case is also deciding whether Gabelman’s record from the investigation should be released to the public.
