The Eau Claire man charged with raping a woman in a restroom at the Oakwood Mall is out of jail on 10 thousand-dollars bond.
Police say David Allen blackmailed a woman he met on Facebook into meeting him at the mall last week. Officers say Allen pushed the woman to take a series of naked pictures over the past two year, then promised to delete them all and pay her 40 thousand-dollars if she’d let him see her naked in real life. When she met him at the mall last Thursday, police say Allen pulled-out a gun and raped her. The investigation continues.
