Lake Hallie Police say they caught a pair of catalytic converter thieves from Eau Claire.
Officers say they found a freshly-stolen converter in the pair’s Jeep. Officers arrested Ryan Deveau and Timothy Cox shortly after the two left Wisconsin Auto Auction on Sunday night. Police say they found other car parts in their Jeep as well, police believe all of the parts were stolen.
