WI Farmland Worth More “Moola”

Wisconsin’s farmland is more valuable than a year ago.

The  Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago says a survey of over 150 Midwestern farm banks shows the value for farmland in the state is up 10 percent over 2020’s prices. Strong commodity prices, and non-farm buyers are helping to drive the increase in farmland values.
