A speeding ticket turns into a 5th OWI for a West Allis woman.
It was 47 year old Rene Sosa, who was been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense. On 11/12/21, at approximately 12:25am, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling 89mph in a 70mph zone. A subsequent investigation including standardized field sobriety tests were conducted.
The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 5th offence.
