Remains Of WW2 Sailor Killed At Pearl Harbor Return Home

A sailor who died at Pearl Harbor during World War Two is finally home in Wisconsin.

The remains of Machinist Mate First Class Harold Carney went unidentified for decades, until new DNA profiling technology was used to identify hundreds of those killed in the attack.  Carney’s remains were brought home to Benton, in Lafayette County on Saturday.  WMTV says the local town folks lined the streets to welcome him back.
