Drivers are paying over three-dollars-a-gallon in Janesville, Green Bay, Eau Claire, Kenosha County, La Crosse, Madison and Milwaukee. The price at the pump in Appleton, Fond du Lac and Oshkosh is under three-dollars-a-gallon.
