The Regency motel in Eau Claire could soon be turned into apartments.
The Eau Claire Plan Commission will hold a vote on Monday to possibly convert the motel into an apartment complex. The city says there have been many police calls for drug trafficking, drug us, domestic violence, and human trafficking at the hotel.
