Residents of Eau Claire who aren’t yet vaccinated against COVID-19 still have an opportunity to get a hundred dollars from the state for getting their shot.
Since the incentive was announced August 20th, local health officials are reporting that about 600 Eau Claire County residents have gotten their first dose, making them eligible to receive the payment. Still, health professionals in the county are saying the incentivized program isn’t having the impact they had hoped. Wisconsinites have until September 6th to receive the hundred dollars for getting their first dose of the vaccine.
