Electing for No Elections Commission?

One of Wisconsin’s reform groups wants to end the state’s Elections Commission.

The Institute for Reforming Government yesterday said the commission is too political and too broken to continue managing the state’s elections. IRG’s Chris Reeder says Wisconsin’s secretary of state should manage elections instead. Reeder said there would still be politics in the electoral system, but he said at least voters could un-elect the secretary of state if those politics became too heavy handed.
