A school official pleads guilty to child pornography charges.
Yesterday, former Altoona schools superintendent Daniel Peggs pled guilty to one count of possession of child pornography. The case stems from a picture Peggs kept of a girl he says he thought was 19 with whom he had a relationship. Peggs claims he ended the relationship upon finding out she was only 17. The report says the girl claims Peggs knew her age the whole time.
