The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office says a police officer was shot and wounded in Oconto Falls.
A suspect is in custody but has not been identified. Neither the officer’s name nor condition have been released but they were taken to a hospital in Green Bay. The shooting happened around 10:30 this morning but there have been no details given regarding what led up to it.
