Mask usage will be encouraged starting Monday at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and University of Wisconsin-Stout.
The schools say it applies to everyone regardless of their vaccination status for COVID-19. The indoor mask usage is also for inside of vehicles. Classroom capacity limits are not changing.
