There are some people who are still not happy about how the Dane County Fair handled violent crowds over the weekend.
Fair managers closed the fair early this weekend after large crowds of young people started fighting in the parking lot Friday night. The fair was supposed to be open til 11 p.m., but it closed at 7:30 last night and the night before. No one was arrested during Friday nights’ fights, though a Dane County deputy was injured when someone hit him in the face.
