Wisconsin’s attorney general is signing-on to the national push to test child safety seats.
A-G Josh Kaul yesterday said the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration should test child car seats against side crashes. Kaul says parents need to know just how safe their kids’ seats are in crashes. He says there’s been an unacceptable 20-year delay.
