Kohl’s is already thinking about the holiday rush.
The company this week offered hourly employees at its stores and distribution centers as much as 400 dollars to continue working through the holiday season. Kohl’s CEO Michelle Gass says the bonuses are a way to say ‘thank you’ to the workers. The bonuses are also a way to keep employees on the job in what is proving to be a very tight labor market in Wisconsin and across the country.
