The latest round of rain didn’t help folks in Crawford County.
The small county in the far southwestern corner of the state is dealing with floods from several rounds of rain. The National Weather Service says folks in and around Prairie du Chien were inundated with as much as 10 inches of rain on Friday night, and yesterday saw another five inches of rain. Forecasters say the biggest problem is flash flooding. Parts of Highway 35 were closed yesterday because of a mudslide.
