This weekend’s fireworks celebration won’t be at Carson Park.
The City of Eau Claire says the 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza starts at 10:05 p.m. Sunday. Crews are shooting off fireworks at a higher elevation so they’re able to be seen from almost anywhere in town. They’re encouraging people to watch the fireworks from home, or a nearby park.
