After an incident involving a ride at Thorp Dairy Days we now know that officials from the event are working closely with the family who are reporting that the child involved is doing well.
Jim Micke, Vice President with Thorp Dairy Days confirmed with us that it was an employee who did not have the ride inspected by the owner ahead of running it, causing the malfunction Friday night. The child was not seriously injured, but was given medical attention on scene to ensure her safety after the incident.
