At approximately 11:50pm on May 29, ECPD received a traffic complaint of a vehicle that had almost hit pedestrians crossing in a crosswalk.
Witnesses believed the vehicle was traveling at least 70mph on Brackett Av. Public space camera and business videos were obtained. Witnesses and videos indicate the vehicle may be a silver or gray, older Grand Prix with an unknown license plate.
