Marinette Marine is the recipient of a naval contract to build the USS Constellation class frigate.
The Navy this week exercised a 554-million-dollar option to have Fincantieri Marinette Marine build the frigate, which is a small and fast warship. Marinette is in the process of designing the Constellation, which is expected to be delivered to the Navy in 2026.
