It will be the first time Kyle Rittenhouse has stepped foot inside a Kenosha County courtroom.
Rittenhouse is due to appear, in-person, tomorrow for a status hearing in his homicide case. He’s only appeared virtually because of the coronavirus. Rittenhouse is due to go on trial in November for killing two people and wounding a third during Kenosha’s night of violence last summer. His lawyers continue to say that Rittenhouse fired in self defense.
