What a difference a year makes.
According to unemployment numbers released today by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development the state’s unemployment rate is just under four-percent for April at three-point-nine-percent. A year ago the state unemployment rate stood at just over 14-percent. The national unemployment rate for April was six-point-one-percent.
