The latest crop progress report shows Wisconsin farmers are ahead of scheduling planting crops this year.
The USDA report shows Wisconsin’s crop progress is about 23-percent ahead of the five-year average at 78-percent. Neighbor Iowa is leading planting progress at 94-percent complete.
