Prosecutors are moving ahead with attempted first-degree homicide charges against a Black River Falls man who authorities say shot his wife.
The D.A. filed the charges yesterday against 36-year-old Johnathan Heller. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says Heller shot his wife back on Wednesday of last week. No one is saying why, though the charges against Heller also include domestic battery charges.
