Trempealeau Co. Plans 2nd Amendment Sanctuary

Trempealeau County could become Wisconsin’s next Second Amendment sanctuary.

The county’s Law Enforcement/Emergency Management Committee will vote on a resolution tomorrow. The resolution declares the county will not infringe on people’s rights to bear arms. That usually means law enforcement won’t enforce certain state or federal gun laws. If the committee approves the plan, the full county board would then need to ratify it.
