Bail Reduction Denied For Suspect In 1998 Murder

Bail will not be reduced for the Kenosha man accused of killing his wife in 1998.

A judge ruled today Mark Jensen would still have to pony up over a million dollars to get out of jail calling it not unreasonable in a murder case.  Jensen was given life in prison in 2008 but the state Supreme Court overturned it in March.  Justices noted a letter written by Julie Jensen blaming her husband for her death could not be introduced.  It’s not known when Mark Jensen will be re-tried.
