For this week’s Friday Feel Good we take a look back to six years ago, when the CEO of a company called Gravity Payments announced he was slashing his own salary and paying ALL of his 130 employees at least $70,000 a year. Which a lot of people thought was nuts.
Fast forward to today, when that crazy idea paid off in more ways than just the salary boosts. He’s added 70 more workers since then, and revenue has tripled. Proving that sometimes an investment in humanity really does pay dividends.
