April is officially Hmong Heritage Month in Eau Claire.
The City Council presented the proclamation yesterday saying they recognize the celebration of Hmong people at a time when there is more violence against Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. The official proclamation is posted on the City of Eau Claire Government Facebook page.
