James Ruland was last seen October 26th, 1995 hitchhiking in North Fond du Lac. His car was found a month later at the Stretch Truck Stop near North Fond du Lac. His personal items were in the vehicle and the keys in the ignition. Ruland’s DNA profile has been entered into the nationwide database. His family is offering a 15-thousand-dollar reward for information leading to his recovery.
