A 28-year-old man is facing charges after he was arrested for his fourth OWI.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says Steven was stopped along Interstate 39-90 near Edgerton for speeding 17-miles-an-hour over the limit. Skuldt is charged with 4th offense operating while intoxicated, operating with a revoked driver’s license, speeding, and violation of probation.
