The thousand-dollar hunt for an engraved stone will resume tomorrow morning.
The Chippewa Valley Treasure Hunt Group awards one-thousand-dollars to whoever follows the clues and finds the stone hidden somewhere on public property. The stone was found over the weekend and had to be rehidden. The group says Dave and Kayla Proffitt are the first finders and the winners of a one-thousand-dollar prize.
