The race for U.S. Senate in Wisconsin next year just got more interesting.
Alex Lasry, the son of Milwaukee Bucks owner Marc Lasry, jumped into the race last night. Lasry is 34-years old, and has lived and worked in New York City. He says he will bring a fresh perspective to the race. Democrats in Milwaukee have already lined-up behind him. Part of the thinking is that Lasry can tap into his father’s billions and help pay for his campaign. Republican U.S. Senator Ron Johnson has not yet decided if he will run for the Senate once again.
